or in our case...playin' on the dock of the lake!! Either way, the kids had fun and got rid of some energy....we even got to watch some kayakers going by!!

To those we celebrated with.....and those we miss with all our hearts....Happy Father's Day!

We celebrated on Saturday night with a visit to a local Brazilian Steakhouse...our first time ever. Weston ran in, then ran back out and said "Mom...it's fancy inside" The kids loved it...as did the dads. They loved the "all the meat you can eat" as well as the amazing salad bar. Doug and Avery even tried the lamb....I wasn't quite that brave. We had a great time together...as we always do....celebrating two very special dads who are with us....and one who isn't.

The Pooch-a-palooza....

Last Saturday was the Pooch-a-palooza at the Savannah Dog Park....

We took Wrangler and put him through the obstacle course...the trainer said very few dogs will walk over the teeter-totter on the first try but.....

since Avery is a self-proclaimed Dog Whisper-er...we had no problems at all.

He did the entire course and worked up quite a thirst....

Luckily for him there was water (dog and human) available....

After his work-out, a local clinic was offering low-cost micro-chipping....he didn't enjoy that quite as much as the obstacle course though!
