My boy.....

Almost.....

We almost had a new puppy....we found her wandering the neighborhood so we rang doorbells to try and find her owners. No one claimed her so we named her Lily, made her a pink tulle collar and fell in love.

After spending a few hours with her, feeding her cheese and teaching her tricks, Avery took her outside to go potty and heard someone calling "Princess". Happily for Princess Lily, her family was found....but that left one broken-hearted little girl longing for a new pup!

Riding lessons....

Avery continues to ride and love every minute of it...I look at these pictures and am amazed at how well she is doing. She is getting ready to move to a higher level...which means higher jumps and a little more nervous mama!!

Nacho, Nacho Man

Just in case you were wondering what the World's Largest Plate of Nacho's looks like!!

A near-by church wanted to be in the Guinness Book of Worlds' Records...once we heard that on the radio, we had to be there....Weston loves that book!!

There it is....the official weigh-in!!

The special guests of honor were Nacho Libre and his side-kick....mini Nacho!!

Once the record was set, we went inside for some great music and a short worship time...then headed back out to eat the nachos. They were outside....the church is located next to a field...it was very, very windy and they nachos had set out for about 4 hours...kept "warm" by heat lamps....need I say more. They kids loved 'em and I ate one...just so I could say that I did.
