(20/20) Tennis anyone....

So, the girls wanted to play tennis....and ride their scooters to the courts. I carried the rackets and balls for them...along with the water.

They got set up.....

hit the ball back and forth a few times....

met at the net to discuss their next move.....

made silly faces.........

and hit the sandbox. Good thing I carried those rackets for them :)

(19/20) Ducks....

The girls and I walked to the pond the other night to see the ducks....

There is a group of "teen-agers" who we have watched since they were tiny, yellow and fuzzy...

Avery was determined to pet one......

She waited patiently...biding her time....

and managed a quick pet on the tail before they jumped into the water.

(18/20) It's almost time....

For our second annual Spooky Feast....I'm already planning the menu!!

Okay...I really want to reach my goal of 20 posts this month, but for some reason blogger isn't allowing me to post pictures...hmmmm??? I'll try again later.

I took these on our walk to feed the ducks....move here, walk with us!!

(15/20) Want to enjoy dinner at my house for National Family Day...

First, gather small acorns from the small oak trees in the front yard, soak them in water then chop with a spatula.

Continue smashing nuts...add salt, pepper, leaves from the tree.....

and peanut butter.....

Mix everything together in pink and blue buckets...add a few drops of Chalula sauce if you like things hot....and voila, dinner is ready!!
