At the lakehouse, Weston spent his time finding rocks to skip across the lake...
He searched for the perfect, flat rock.....
then flung it out...counting the number of times it skipped.
Sometimes he looked in the water for rocks....
and sometimes he looked along the beach.....
It was sweet to watch him working hard...finding rocks and throwing them, counting the skips...a boy passing time the way countless boys have passed time before him....skipping rocks.Then he found a dead fish floating in the water and chopped it in half....but that's another story for another day.
