Avery loves Montana....even though we don't take riding lessons on him anymore, she still loves to go and visit him....usually spending time grooming him and taking his some special treats.
On Saturday, as a special before-school-starts treat, her and I spent some time at the Hopper Ranch, spoiling Montana. We found out that he will be moving soon....to a barn closer to his owner.
I love this picture...they both look sad. It isn't easy to say good-bye...especially when you're a little girl and you're saying good-bye to a horse you love so much. 
Off he goes.....thanks so very much Montana....for taking care of my little girl. There truly is something special about the love between a girl and a horse....
